• How long is a pack valid for ?

    A 5-lesson pack is valid for 3 months. A 10-lesson pack is valid for 6 months.

  • May many students attend the same course ?

    Yes. A group is made of a maximum of 3 students from the same classroom.

  • How to register a group ?

    1. Every student has to fill out an application form, because the form is personal.
    2. When you choose the course option, you select « group » and you fill out family name and first name of the other group members. For example, for a 2-student group, there are two application forms : student A must add the name of student B AND student B must add the name of student A.

  • May a student attend courses in two subjects ? May options vary according to subjects ?

    Yes. A student may attend courses in so many subjects he wants. In application form, you select in "Course requested" a subject n°1 and a subject n°2. In "I’m interested in the next option", you choose the option you want for the subject n°1 and do the same for n°2.

  • After filling out my application form on the website, what’s next ?

    1. After receiving your registration, Success Studies Forgnone contacts you and you make a first appointment that will be free of charge.
    2. During this first appointment called « diagnostic », that takes place with a representative of Success Studies Forgnone, with student and his/her legal guardian, we discuss school problems and conduct of the course.
    3. If an agreement is reached at the end of the appointment, the contract is signed by both parties.
    4. You’ll receive by postal mail or email a copy of the contract and the payment slip for the payment of the course.

  • When do the lessons begin ?

    The lessons begin at the earliest after reception of payment to Success Studies Forgnone.

  • How to renew a pack ?

    1. You need to fil out again the application form by checking « Renewal » at the top of the page.
    2. After receiving your renewal, you will be sent a new payment slip.
    3. The course will then continue after receiving your payment.

    Warning: we recommend you to anticipate the end of your pack renewing early to avoid any interruptions between two packs. For example, you may renew when there are two lessons left on the last pack.
